Hands-on when needed
I’m not a paperwork-only project manager. If keeping a programme moving means supporting test set-ups, chasing parts, generating evidence, or liaising directly with test houses and witnessing agencies — I’ll do it. The priority is delivery, not protecting role boundaries.
