How I work

The goal is simple: get the programme moving again, without noise. I’m brought in when the work spans multiple owners, time is tight, and delivery has started to drift. I create clarity, align people, and drive actions through to completion.

Speak to individuals, review evidence, and understand the real blockers — not the assumed ones.
2) Get alignment
Bring the right stakeholders together, surface constraints, and agree the plan without blame or theatre.
3) Get it delivered
Define ownership and timing, run a tight cadence, and follow through with sensible pressure and clear escalation.
